Turkish security forces detained two men possessing a rare $1 million bill in the western city of Manisa. The duo was facing charges of fraud as authorities suspected the bill is fake, but they were released pending trial on Friday when it was found to be authentic. The suspects told police they were handed the bill by a man they do not know and were taking it to sell in Istanbul when they were caught by gendarmerie troops acting on a tip.
