A Turkish court on Wednesday shut down two websites for charges of promoting terrorism and allegedly having ties with the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) to find Turkish recruits.
According to Kurdish news website Rudaw, Istanbul's Third High Criminal Court has decided to close 'takvahaber.com' and its affiliate video website, 'takvatube.tv' for spreading terror propaganda.
However, before the court order went into effect, the website has been directed to another pro-ISIS news website named 'enfalmedya.com' which contains the same content with the previous one. Also takvahaber.net, another news website affiliated with the 'takvahaber.com', is still accessible.
