A Turkish medical nongovernmental organization will conduct a number of surgeries in the Gaza Strip with the aim of helping Palestinians injured in a recent deadly Israeli offensive in the seaside enclave. Dr. Havva Sula, a board member of Doctors Worldwide, said a five-member medical team from the Turkish charity arrived in Gaza on Sunday to conduct a number of surgeries. "The medical team will conduct 20 surgeries in Gaza," Sula told Anadolu Agency (AA) yesterday.
