Turkey condemned on Thursday terrorist attack against the parliament in Chechnya.
Spokesman for the Turkish Foreign Ministry said Turkey regretted and condemned the suicide attack on Chechnya Parliament.
Seven people, including three suicide attackers, were killed and 17 others were wounded when suicide attackers opened fire and blew themselves up at the parliament complex as legislators gathered for a session on Tuesday.
